"Pain don't hurt"

I found a copy of this amazing film at Goodwill yesterday and holy hell that is one great movie. From the ridiculous quotes to all shirt less homoerotic scenes. It's still remains a pretty damn manly movie...well, sort of.

He kicks some ass...

He gets hurt...

falls in love with the doctor...

kicks some more ass...

and gets some ass. All in a days work...RIP Mr.Swayze

“I want you to be nice until it’s time to not be nice.”

“I thought you’d be bigger.”

“You know, I heard you had balls big enough to come in a dump truck.”

“Calling me sir is like putting an elevator in an outhouse. It don’t belong."

 “Nobody ever wins a fight.”

“Whaddaya say we get nipple to nipple?"

The music throughout the film and the soundtrack is very good.

Jeff Healey is a blind blues guitarist from Canada.
He played Cody, the leader of the bar band at the Double Deuce.

Somehow they slipped in "These arms of mine" by Otis Redding which is one of my favorite artist of all time.

Sandra Bullock Has Filed for Divorce From Her Husband, Jesse James!

Sandra Bullock has filed for divorce from her husband, Jesse James!

The divorce petition, which was filed Friday, said the couple has no child under 18 years of age who is entitled to support. The Oscar-winning actress revealed Wednesday on People magazine's website that she is adopting a 3 1/2-month-old boy, Louis Bardo Bullock, who was born in New Orleans.
A rep for Bullock confirms the star filed legal papers seeking to end her marriage, but declines to specify in what jurisdiction they are filed. Says Bullock of her decision to divorce: "I'm sad and I am scared."
Bullock and James, 41, began the adoption process four years ago, the People article said, and brought Louis Bardo Bullock home in January but decided to keep the news to themselves until after the Academy Awards.

Top 6 Results Show :American Idol Season 9

Last night the Top 6 on American Idol sang their latest hit, "Unstoppable". That's followed up with perhaps the cheesiest Ford commercial by the Idols of all time, in which they're vampires scared away by a pizza with extra garlic.

Then the group got to go do some voice overs for the new Shrek movie, then watch it and meet the stars! Fun! I was loving Big Mike in the 3D glasses.
We got a quick visit from Cameron Diaz and Antonio Banderas. Love those two. Then it was onto the results. Ryan formed three groups of two. The first group was Siobhan and Lee. The second group was Big Mike and Casey. Third group was Aaron and Crystal. It ended up being Big Mike, Siobhan, and Casey as the bottom three. It was exactly what I expected once again .

If you were ever to be in the audience of an American Idol taping, this could be the one. First Cameron and Antonio, now Carrie Underwood makes an appearance to introduce a band she took on tour with her this year, Sons of Sylvia, who sang their song "Love Left To Lose". Sons of Sylvia won the show The Great American Band and have been tight with Carrie since she won Idol five years ago.
The performances aren't over yet. Shakira is joined by Rascal Flatts for her new song, "Gypsy". All I can say is: What the hell was that?
The person leaving American Idol is Siobhan. Surprised?
Best of luck to you, Siobhan! You have so much talent and have such a bright future ahead of you!

Valentino Rossi's Hilarious Helmet Designs

Valentino Rossi is not just a living legend of motorbike racing, but he also an entertainer. When he won a MotoGP series you saw him did wheelie, stand in his bike, or take Italian flag from the crowds. There is also one more aspect that makes him fun to watch, his helmet that so creatively designed.

Now, let's check the story behind every Rossi's helmet design.

In 1997, when he still competed in 125cc class, Rossi mostly ran with his helmet design from 1996 by Aldo Drudi that created Sun and Moon motif. It would be in the later years that Rossi would choose to vary his helmet designs multiple times in a single season.

Valentino Rossi used a livery helmet designs at the Assen MotoGP in 2007 that inspired by Fiat’s famous 500 and celebrated the forthcoming re-launch of the iconic car on 4th July (a few days after the Assen MotoGP), exactly 50 years after it was first launched in 1957.

The design of Rossi’s helmet by Aldo Drudi was a tribute to the art and the icons of he time - namely Elvis Presely and Rits Pavone. Aldo Drudi made sure to paint a vinyl record on the top of Rossi’s helmet, and a graphic on the back that pictured Valentino with a guitar and a 1950’s haircut and had text that read: “Valentino and the Chihuahua’s, Live at Assen

In 2007 Mugello circuit, Rossi wore AGV helmet design featured a big red heart positioned in top centre of the helmet, so when his head was down, the crowd would have the heart design facing them. This heart has some meaning in it; Rossi had been getting a hard time from the Italian press after losing his title to Nicky Hayden in 2006, and was also being criticised for not winning enough races in 2007 to mount a serious challenge and the heart was intended as a thank you gesture to his passionate fans for not doubting him, and as a riposte to the journalists in the press who had questioned whether his heart was still in the competition.

At the 2008 MotoGP pre-season test in Jerez, Rossi wore a special celebratory helmet, created to look like a birthday cake complete with icing and candles, it has the words ‘Happy Birthday Vale’ written across the top of the helmet.

In 2008 Catalunya GP, Rossi's AGV helmet sporting a design that was created to make his helmet look like a football. This due to his support to the Italian Football Team who competed in the 2008 UEFA European Championships, the day following the Catalunya MotoGP.

Below is the most hilarious helmet of Valentino Rossi. He wore for his home race at the Mugello round of the 2008 MotoGP season. Every year Rossi has a special helmet designed for the Mugello race, this time he wore arguably his most famous Aldo Drudi designed helmet to date - the AGV GP-Tech ‘Double Take’ or ‘My Face’ helmet.

This AGV helmet features a picture of his own face, displaying a highly excited or shocked expression, which Rossi believes will give fans a sense of how it feels to ride the Yamaha M1 around the Mugello circuit at speeds in excess of 320 kh/h. Rossi’s face is on the top, so when he puts his head down, the face comes into full view.

The AGV Celebr-8 helmet was designed and presented to Valentino Rossi in 2008 to celebrate his 8th World Championship. He also used this helmet in some of 2009 races, and because Rossi signed a deal with Monster Energy drinks at that year, it was the first appearance of ‘Monster Claw’ logo.

Valentino Rossi unveiled a new helmet design for his home GP of in September 2009. The specially designed helmet featured the face of the donkey from the film ‘MisanoShrek’ positioned on the top of his helmet. Rossi had the new helmet design created as an attempt to poke fun at himself for crashing out of the Indianapolis MotoGP the week before, throwing away valuable points from his championship lead.

Rossi secured his 9th World Championship title with 1 race remaining by taking 3rd place in a wet Malaysian GP in October 2009. Rossi celebrated with members of his fan club, by dressing up in a celebratory T-Shirt and helmet with the number 9 on and the words “Old Hen Makes Good Broth”.

Rossi then had his photo taken with a live chicken and nine eggs, before putting on the new helmet and riding off to celebrate. The significance of the chicken was a joke at Rossi’s age and is based on “Gallina Vecchia!” an Italian saying that states that the old chicken makes good soup, but it’s no use for laying eggs. Despite being 30, Rossi had laid yet another egg by claiming his 9th World Title

Tiger Woods Trash Talks

After five months absent from golf course, Tiger Woods starts to get his magic touch back. On his 2010 debut in The Masters, he managed to finished in 4th position, scored 277 hits or 11 under par.

That can be consider as a good result, because it was only 1 hit lower than when Tiger Woods won The Masters in 2002 and 2005. In the last day, he even managed to scored five birdies in the last nine holes. Unfortunately, his competitors like the champion Phil Mickelson, Lee Westwood, and Anthony Kim are on fire at the moment.

But one thing to notice, Woods who stated will act different, didn't seem to changed at all. He still cursed and said dirty words when his shots gone wrong. On the third day, he get caught by TV microphone emotionally saying trash like "Tiger, you're suck!" or "Jesus Christ!" with high tone.

When he first talked to the media after his scandals resurfaced, Woods made a promise that he will be more polite and patient in golf match. He won't act emotional or jumping around when he makes a good shot.

Jim Nantz of CBS TV commented on Tiger Woods behavior, "If I said what he said on the air, I would be fired. I read in the USA Today and it was called “mild language.” Someone on my broadcast dismissed it as him having a camera in his face. Well, guess what? Phil Mickelson had a camera in his face all week and did you even hear him come close to approaching that? He didn’t hit every shot the way he wanted. Have you ever heard Arnold Palmer or Jack Nicklaus use that kind of language? What are the parameters between what’s right or wrong?"

I guess it's not that easy to change someone's bad habits.

Phil Mickelson - The Real Family Man

Phil Mickelson managed to won the 2010 The Masters Golf Championship in Augusta National Club House that finished its 18th hole in April 11. Phil Mickelson received a nice surprise that also made the audiences on that golf course shed tears.

Everybody who already familiar with Mickelson must be sympathized to this 39-year-old golfer. Not just struggling for his existence in golf competitions, but also his fights with his beloved wife, Amy, who has a breast cancer.

Amy Mickelson diagnosed to have a breast cancer last year, and after that the couples were following so many therapies. Still unknown yet how much long Amy had to go with the treatment until she will fully healed. She has never accompanying her husband again from hole to hole because of her condition, and last week in Augusta she just waited for Phil in the 18th hole.

"I'm glad Amy was there. With her condition I knew that she'll be watching, but wasn't sure that she will be coming. I didn't know that she was waiting in the 18th hole. When everything over, it was really emotional to be able to share happiness with her" said Phil.

After Tiger Woods adultery scandals, family matter has became a sensitive issue in golf course. People has suspecting that family man image of golf player merely just a cover. Fortunately, Phil and Amy Mickelson who has a 10-year-old daughter Amanda, still surviving. Their struggle inside and outside the match proves that Mickelson is really a respected family man.
